The machine handles frequency. A person handles finish. That division is the whole product — and it is why an autonomous mower alone has never been a substitute for a lawn service.

We survey

A technician walks your property with a survey-grade RTK rover, mapping the cut boundary, beds, slopes and obstacles to centimetre accuracy. No perimeter wire is buried.

We install

A charging dock is sited on a discreet edge of the lawn and powered from an exterior outlet. The mower is commissioned, test-run against the map, and handed over.

It cuts daily

Short, frequent cuts instead of one weekly scalping. Clippings are fine enough to fall back as mulch, so nothing is bagged and nothing is hauled away.

    The honest comparison. Against a weekly crew we cost roughly 1.5× to 2× more, and we think the daily cut and the included finish work earn it. Against buying your own machine we cost more in year one and keep costing — what you are buying is that nobody in your household ever becomes the person responsible for it. If neither of those is worth the difference to you, a weekly crew is a perfectly good answer and we would rather you took it.

    We launch a street at a time, and the street sets the price.

    Our technicians work tight route circles. Eight homes on one block costs us far less to serve than eight homes across four towns — so we pass that back rather than pocket it. Bring your neighbours and everyone's rate falls, including theirs.

    The Upstate season

    Twenty-six weeks of grass. Twelve months of one bill.

    Nothing grows here from November to April, but bills are easier to live with when they don't triple in May. Your rate is levelled across the year. In the off-season we take the machine away, service it, and keep its battery alive in a heated building.

    Questions

    The ones people actually ask.

    Is it safe around children and pets?

    The machine is small, slow, and stops when lifted or tilted. Blades sit well inside the chassis and retract on contact. That said, it is still a machine with blades: we set cutting windows so it runs while your yard is empty, and most families run it overnight.

    What if my yard is full of trees?

    This is the real limitation. Wire-free navigation needs a satellite fix, and a dense canopy can break it. Partial shade is usually fine. Heavy canopy needs a survey before we will quote you — and sometimes the answer is that we cannot serve the property well, in which case we will tell you rather than install and hope.

    Does it work on hills?

    Up to roughly a 45% grade. Steep banks and drainage swales usually stay with the bi-weekly technician, which we account for in your survey.

    What happens if it breaks or someone takes it?

    Repairs, blades and battery replacement are included — you never see a parts bill. Every unit is GPS-tracked and locked to your property's boundary; if one leaves, we know within minutes and it is our loss to replace, not yours.

    Is it loud?

    Roughly the volume of a dishwasher a room away. There is no engine, so it disappears into background noise. It is the one part of the product that consistently surprises people.

    Can I cancel?

    Yes, between seasons, with no exit fee and no equipment to return — we collect it during the normal winter extraction. We would ask for the reason, because it is the most useful thing you can give us.

    Why is billing the same in January?

    Because the alternative is a bill that triples in May. The season is 26 weeks; we level the cost across twelve months so the household budget stays flat. Winter months also cover the removal, servicing and heated storage that keep the machine alive for the next spring.
